The Central Police Station found at 10 Hollywood Road, Big Station as it is known, is also a reminder of British heritage, drawing admiration from passers-by. The first structure, a typical of British colonial barracks was built in 1864. Later this complex became the police headquarters of Hong Kong the center of authority.
